Ms. Helen Lam
Ms. Helen Lam, a driving force behind Pal Buddhist School, draws inspiration from Mr. Pal's profound ideals. Her transformative journey began after earning a Law and Commerce degree, propelling her into the realm of education with an unwavering passion to bring positive change to lives.
Ms. Lam's commitment to Pal Buddhist School and its virtuous principles is unwavering. Her dedication is evident in the school's growth and achievements, a testament to her tireless efforts.
Mr. Lalith De Silva
Mr. De Silva served as the Group CEO of Sri Lanka Telecom, held key roles in esteemed organizations like Sri Lankan Airlines and Mobitel (Private Limited), and offered his expertise as an advisor to influential entities including SLT and Saudi Telecom.
A distinguished professional, Mr. De Silva holds esteemed fellowships from the Institute of Management UK and the Australian Institute of Management and Leadership. He is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a proficient PMP/PRINCE 2 practitioner. He's the Founder/Chairman of Project Management Institute Sri Lanka and United Lanka Forum in Riyadh. His commitment to education is evident through his role as a trustee of Light of Asia Foundation and a Board Member of Sri Lankan International School in Riyadh. Additionally, his dedication to unity and progress is showcased as a member of the Bakeer Marker Centre for National Unity in Sri Lanka and the Australia Computer Society in Canberra.
Mr. Colin Huang
Mr. Hwang is a distinguished figure known for his entrepreneurial prowess, philanthropic endeavors, and expertise in business development. With a track record of leadership success spanning decades, he has made significant contributions to various sectors.
As the Chairman of DataDot Technology Taiwan/Asia and Cita Investment and Technology Development, and a Director of numerous global investment companies, Mr. Hwang's influence is truly global.
Driven by a deep commitment to spreading the values of the Buddha's teachings, Mr. Hwang brings invaluable insights to Pal Buddhist School. His profound understanding of organizational structure formation, taxation-related matters, and exceptional leadership experience enrich our school's mission.
Mrs. Hui Fang Lu
Mrs. Lu philanthropic endeavors resonate harmoniously with our school's spiritual purpose, mirroring our dedication to nurturing enlightened individuals. Mrs. Lu embarked on her transformative journey of community service in 1987 when she joined Tzu Chi in Taiwan as a volunteer. Upon immigrating to Sydney in 1991, her dedication blossomed, leading her to establish Tzu Chi in the region.
In recognition of her remarkable contributions, Mrs. Lu was awarded the Prime Minister's accolade in 2000 for her unwavering commitment to the community. From 2006 to 2019, she held the esteemed position of Deputy CEO of Tzu Chi Australia, showcasing profound leadership.
