Experience Days at Pal Buddhist School

Discover life as a Pal Buddhist School student in the most authentic way through our trial Experience Days. 

Our Experience Days give prospective students the opportunity to experience full days at Pal Buddhist School without the commitments of a formal enrolment and enrolment interview.

Prospective students will join the Pal community for classes and extracurricular activities. This allows them to get a real sense of our school culture and see how other students interact with each other and with teachers.

Prospective students will also experience how our teachers teach to see if that fits with their own way of learning.

Experience Days may extend to a Trial Week, and potentially an enrolment meeting at the end of the trial period.

• Experience Day Program

Students will arrive at school and participate in classes and extracurricular activities just like a Pal student.

High School students will attend roll call at 8:25am.

Primary School students at 9:00am.

If an Experience Day is occurring on a Wednesday, students will attend assembly and participate in school sport.

Prospective students will be sent a timetable and overview of classes and activities prior to beginning their Experience Days.

• Experience Day Checklist

Pal Buddhist School's 4D learning requires students to use a Surface Pro tablet device during classes.

Prospective students may bring their own Surface Pro device or hire one from the School.

If hiring a device from the school, parents will need to pay a $1000 deposit (in case of damages) and a $30 per day rental fee. 

If an Experience Day is occurring on a Wednesday, students will need to be wearing comfortable clothing that allows for participating in sport.

Step 1. Complete an Enrolment Form and Prepare Supporting Documents

Please start by downloading and completing an Enrolment Form. This will provide us with essential details such as contact and medical information.

Please prepare a copy of the following documents with the Enrolment Form:

• A copy of your passport OR birth certificate
• A copy of your child’s recent academic reports for two semesters
• A copy of your Medicare card, and
• A copy of your child’s medical plan if he/she has a medical condition

Once you have indicated your interest, please email your completed Enrolment From and copy of Supporting Documents to enrolments@pal.nsw.edu.au
