Our whole school at the Australian Museum! Fun to be had by all, examining the latest scientific exhibits, animal paraphernalia and exotic discoveries. Continuing our comprehensive coverage of our students’ education, our school went to the Australian Museum on 13th October. Our first stop was the dinosaur and Australian megafauna exhibit, collectively called “Surviving Australia”. Here students came face to face with muttabuttasauri, diprotodons and minmi – a cute little anklosaur. After this we observed many aspects of living things from paleontology to birds and insects, mineralogy and Aboriginal studies.
